ABOUT ME

​

I studied massage in Maui, Hawaii in 2006. I did my first yoga teacher training in Whistler, BC in 2007.  I practiced as a massage therapist and yoga teacher in Canada for several years.  And have travelled extensively in Bali, India and Thailand continuing my studies there. I have been an avid sports and outdoor enthusiast for my whole life. 

I moved to New Zealand at the beginning of 2019 with my family and am grateful for the beautiful nature here. We have made our home on the lovely Waiheke Island.
